On the pledge:
We will aim to reduce the living wage gap at suppliers by implementing the living wage action plan that we (co-)created with our supplier in the past year. With this action plan, we will reduce the living wage gap and contribute to improved living standards for factory employees.
On the implementation:
We will revise our purchasing practices, improve our purchasing process, and create supply chain cost reductions. We will also introduce a living wage premium to contribute to closing the living wage gap, and allocate available budget from the previous steps.
On the impact:
This Action Pledge will allow us to positively affect the living standards of families, reduce their need for all family members earning an income, contribute to ending child labour, and create a better future for children with and through living wages.
