On the pledge:
We will contribute to eliminating child labour through encouraging vulnerable households, lobbying the government to enact a law for working children, and supporting people involved in child labour in Bangladesh and Nepal.
On the implementation:
We will strengthen the capacity of local government to protect children rights, encourage vulnerable households not to let their children work, manage HELP Centers for girl domestic workers, lobby the government to enact the law for domestic workers’ rights, and involve citizens in the child labour elimination movement.
On the impact:
We will support children and families in the midst of child labour, change the mindset of the local residents, governments, and local administrations, and raise protection capacities of children and their rights.
