On the pledge:

We pledge to continue to make child labour visible and to advocate for and support the necessary action by all stakeholders to eliminate child labour, sharing knowledge and good practices at country level and globally.

On the implementation:

We will build a robust evidence base on effective social protection, child protection and education policies and programmes to eliminate child labour. We will help to improve the availability, quality and use of child labour statistics and engage with policymakers and the world of business to tackle the root causes of child labour.

On the impact:

We are committed to ending child labour by: supporting practical action in the field; enhancing understanding and the visibility of child labour and its root causes; developing new approaches to addressing child rights with the private sector; monitoring progress towards SDG 8.7; and engaging stakeholders through calls to action and promoting priority actions.
