On the pledge:
We will raise awareness of the dangers associated with child labor in the communities with Barr sub-County Lira District in Uganda and conduct capacity building for community members on child rights, life skills, and economic empowerment.
On the implementation:
We will raise the community’s awareness, conduct the identification of beneficiaries, provide capacity building sessions for selected beneficiaries, conduct resource mobilization and linkages to decent employment opportunities, and monitor and evaluate results.
On the impact:
This Action Pledge will allow us to help communities to understand the risks associate with child labour, learn best practices from other places and implement them in our area, and use experts to train others.
