On the pledge:
We seek to end the sexual exploitation of children, addressing both online and offline abuse, raise the profile of how this is one of the worst forms of child labour, and encourage civil society and policymakers to introduce measures to stop this exploitation.
On the implementation:
We will engage the wider society, provide them with the opportunity of contacting politicians and policymakers, write newspaper articles and online news pieces throughout the 6-months campaign, and include concrete measures to support children and survivors.
On the impact:
We will raise awareness of the sexual exploitation and abuse of children online and offline, ensure it’s regarded as one of the worst forms of child labour, and a key area within the Norwegian policy agenda of ending modern slavery.
