On the pledge:
We will focus on the underage young migrant workers who work in the quarries and processing units to prevent them from coming to the area and will address the working conditions of the migrant labourers.
On the implementation:
In 2021, we will organize interviews with quarry owners and managers, with government officials, and with workers outside the workplace.
On the impact:
We will develop and pilot integrated interventions at quarry and community level to address occupational health and safety issues, the situation of migrant workers, age verification systems, and bonded labour and learn how to address these issues.
